TCC PRE-ORDER FAQs
1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase The Confidence Capsule at an exclusive discounted rate before the official launch. This guarantees you get your items before they sell out.
2. When does the pre-order phase end?
Pre-orders close at 11:59pm on April 1st, 2025. After this date, regular pricing applies, and pre-order discounts will no longer be available.
3. What are the benefits of pre-ordering?
5% discounts on all TCC Bundles.
70% off nationwide delivery when you purchase 3 bundles and 50% off for 2 bundles.
12% off international delivery when you purchase 3 bundles and 10% off for 2 bundles.
Free premium gift: Every pre-order comes with a free luxury branded gift.
4. When will my pre-order ship?
Orders will be shipped on or before the 15th of April, 2025 (2 weeks post-preorder), and you will receive a confirmation prompt/email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
6. What happens after the pre-order phase?
Once pre-orders close:
The discounts will no longer be available.
The main launch phase will begin, but items will return to full price.
7. How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don’t receive one within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@omajidesigns.com
8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Since this is a limited pre-order, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
9. Can I combine my pre-order with other discounts or offers?
No, pre-orders come with exclusive perks and cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, or offers.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. However, if you are within Port Harcourt City, our sales personnel will reach out to you.

1. What is the difference between pre-order and main launch?
The main launch phase no longer includes discounted pricing, but customers can still enjoy:
70% off nationwide delivery when purchasing 3 bundles and 50% off when purchasing 2 bundles
12% off international shipping when purchasing 3 bundles and 10% off when purchasing 2 bundles
These offers end on April 15th. After that, standard pricing and delivery rates apply.
2. When will my order ship?
All orders placed during the main launch will be processed immediately and shipped on or before the 29th of April, 2025 (2 weeks post-launch). You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
3. Can I still get a discount?
No, discounted prices were exclusive to pre-orders. However, you can still enjoy free premium gifts and up to 70% off delivery until April 15th, 2025.
4. Will I still receive a free gift?
Yes! Every order placed before April 15th will receive a free luxury branded gift, even though discounts no longer apply.
5. When do the special launch perks end?
The free premium gifts and reduced delivery rates end on April 15th. After that, standard pricing and shipping rates will apply.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
All main launch sales are final, and we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?

1. How quickly will my order be dispatched?
All nationwide orders are dispatched within 7-14 working days with room for unexpected delays.
2. Can you deliver to any country worldwide?
Yes, we use international courier services to ship worldwide. However, shipping fees and extended delivery timelines apply
3. Which country will my order be shipped from?
All our products are shipped worldwide from Nigeria, West Africa.
4. How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped worldwide from Nigeria by courier and are estimated to take 10-20 working days (with room for unexpected delays) depending on the destination country.
EXCHANGE/REFUNDS
1. Can I return ready-to-wear outfits for an exchange or refund?
Yes, you can return your outfits but we do not issue refunds at this time. Please read through our Returns policy to get the full information and directions on how to proceed.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. What do you mean by an ‘on-demand manufacturing’ model?
An on-demand manufacturing model is one where clothes are produced on demand. We do this in a bid to avoid the routine mass-production of garments that ultimately leads to waste.
2. What do you mean by zero-waste policy?
Zero waste is a set of principles that are focused on waste prevention. Our goal at OMAJI is to ensure that minimum trash is sent to landfills, incinerators or the ocean.
When we make clothes only on demand, there would be no extra ready-made clothes collecting dust on the racks. If such exists, we would end up selling them off at extremely low prices and that way the garment workers who worked so hard in making the dresses might not get their due wages.
We also use leftover fabrics and off cuts to make accessories like bags, headwraps, scrunchies, etc to give fabrics a circular life.
3. How do I determine my size on the size chart?
We usually advise that you or a local tailor measure the specific areas indicated in the size guide:
BUST (fullest part round your breasts -please, ensure you wear a sturdy bra)
WAIST (fullest part around your stomach)
HIP (measurement around your hips)
With these measurements, you can choose your size on the guide or anyone closest to it.
We also have an advanced option of working with your precise measurements. If you would love to take this option, you can indicate upon checkout or reach out to us via DM on Instagram and our customer support would attend to you adequately.
4. What happens to my outfit if I increase in size?
Our finishing is sustainable in the sense that every dress has an extra inch of allowance at the sides; so if you should add in size, you can simply reach out to us or a skilled tailor near you to perform the needed amendments and be assured that you’ll keep wearing the dresses you love. Please note that these amendments are not free of charge.
5. Is there a guarantee on the quality of fabrics used?
We use high-quality fabrics to make each outfit and as long as you follow the care instructions included with your order, your fabric and outfit will serve you for years.
6. Is there a warranty on the outfit?
Yes, there is. Every outfit made and sold by OMAJI is free of defect. If for any reason, you find something contrary, we would gladly accept and initiate a return/exchange as long as the outfit has been unworn and unwashed. (Please, kindly refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.)
7. How can I order a gift for a friend or relative?
You simply pick their size from the size guide and place an order through our online store or send a DM via any of our social media platforms.
If you would like the dress to be a surprise, then you could reach out to our sales rep via Whatsapp or Instagram and you will be given guidelines on how to go about it.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via Paystack or directly to our business accounts if you go through the social media channels.
9. Can I place an order on the website and follow it up on Instagram or Whatsapp?
No, please. All orders must be fully completed with the initial mode of transaction. If you placed an order via Whatsapp, conclude the transaction on Whatsapp. If you placed the order via Instagram, do the same. This would enable an established history and a seamless transaction.
However, if you placed your order on the website, you could choose either Instagram or Whatsapp if you ever have any reason to reach out.
10. How can I use a coupon to receive a discount?
If you have a coupon, you can use it to redeem the offer by entering the code on the order page before checkout. Please note you can only use one coupon at a time.
11. Where are your products made?
All our products are handmade with love by highly skilled tailors in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
12. Where do you source your fabrics?
We source all our fabrics from small female-owned enterprises at the various markets in Nigeria.
We always endeavour to shop local and play our part in supporting small businesses thus helping the community and growing the economy.
13. Are your products ethically and sustainably made?
Omaji Designs is bordered on the principles of ethics and sustainability. We appreciate and understand the fact that the people behind our clothes are humans worthy of living fulfilled lives and we do our best to ensure that this is achieved. We have excellent working relationships with our staff and suppliers and oversee the production of all our garments so we know exactly who makes your clothes and where they come from.
We also ensure that the environment is conducive and staff are not over-laboured. Every overtime served by our staff is equal to an extra pay because we value and appreciate every time and detail that goes into the clothes we make.
We also utilize pattern drafting so that waste is minimized and all offcuts produced from the sewing process are donated to local artisans or used in producing bags and hair scrunchies among others.
