All Omaji outfits are shipped from Port Harcourt via our logistics partner
At OMAJI, quality is our watchword and we always ensure that clothing items are sent out in perfect condition. However, we will accept the return of unworn and unwashed garments within seven (7) days from the delivery date of your order.
The labels and custom tags must still be attached to the item.
If you receive your item and discover that there is an issue with it, please send a photo proof to our contact email: omajidesigns@gmail.com or contact our customer care via +2348147950754.
Returns are not free except we delivered the item in error or for any other fault of ours.
Outfits can be returned and exchanged but endeavour to contact our helpdesk (via +2348147950754 or omajidesigns@gmail.com) with reasons and proof before making any return.
If you would like to exchange your item for another design, please reach out to our customer care and it would be handled appropriately. But kindly remember that we do not initiate refunds, hence the outfit you would like to take in exchange has to be similar in price to your previous clothing item. If any additional charges are incurred in the new outfit, payment would have to be made alongside shipping charges before the item is dispatched.
Please, ensure that you return the item to us within seven working days from the delivery date and we will let you know when your parcel has been received so that an exchange will be duly processed within 10-20 days of return.
